About Me

My photo
Richard Schoen (richard@mobigogo.net)
I began my career in software development with the IBM System/36 in 1984 and was among the first developers to work with the AS/400 when it launched in 1988. Around the same time I started programming for PCs. Since 1990, I have been involved in creating commercial software for document management, report and data delivery, business process and workflow automation. My efforts have consistently helped companies save time and money through automation. Today I focus on optimizing customer processes and integrating open-source apps and tools into organizations. My expertise spans multiple platforms, including IBM i (AS/400), Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, and Android.I am proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft .NET (C#/VB), Java, PHP, Python, NodeJS, RPG, CL, C, Bash, PowerShell, Git, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Dynamics, ServiceNow, PowerApps, Pegasystems, Appian, Amazon EC2, and Microsoft Azure, among others.
